Scott is always on top of things. Whenever we have questions., he answers us immediately. He strives to make sure our stay is as wonderful as we hope it will be. Thats why we always book rooms with him.

We love this establishment and always recommend it to anyone who asks about great places to stay in Daytona. It has several amenities. Theres two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a kiddie pool, a lazy river, three hot tubs, an indoor miniature golf course, a great bar, a Starbucks, a gym, and entertainment. Plus, there are shops and restaurants very close by. It has everything we consider to be perfect for our vacation! I carry several of Sunlits business cards with me to hand out to anyone who is looking to stay in Daytona!

This resort has it all and is close to everything. We've been staying here for years, but only started booking with Sunlit the last couple of years. We will always use them in the future for our vacation needs.

When there was an issue at check-in, Scott was immediately accessible and solved the issue is a most satisfactory manor. Sunlit is now at the top of our vacation rental list.

The Ocean Walk resort is the best available, in the best area of Daytona Beach. Beautiful facility, beautiful views, and everything you need is on-site or within walking distance.

Scott was amazing to work with for our condo rental. The condo itself was above what we expected. The amenities of the condo were great for al ranges of kids ages plus adults. Our kids aged in range of 8-16. Supper clean, very friendly and plenty of space for all guests

Scott was very responsive to my email. He was a great communicator about the stay and the property.

We had an amazing time. I will not forget the amazing view from the balcony.

We have stayed in 1,2and 3 bedroom units and we call Scott from sunlit vacation rentals and have always received excellent service and he is fantastic on answering phone calls, e-mails and text messages. It's refreshing because normally it's hard to get anyone to return phone calls with any company..so I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO SCOTT.

Oceanwalk resort is a great place to stay, the Sunlit units are very clean.

From reserving the condo, to getting questions answered from Scott and checking out, was seamless and fantastic.

Process was easy, I am a very skeptical person and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of check in and our smooth stay.

This condo (2430) was super awesome for our Christmas vacation. The amenities are amazing and the view was so cool. My kids who aren't easily impressed were so happy to stay here. We loved it! We hope to visit again, this may just be a new tradition for my family!

We have stayed at a couple of your condos and all of the units are very clean and comfortable. Staff is great to deal with. Check in process is the smoothest that I have ever experienced at Ocean Walk, and I have stayed at lots of condos at Ocean Walk Resort. Sunlit Vacation Rentals is the only one I will use from this point forward. Thank you Scott for making our vacations stress free!

A very responsive team to the guests' needs. I was unable to use the TV as I checked in as I was unfamiliar with Roku and requested that the TV be set so that I could just watch the free cable channels. After making the request I went for a scheduled 2 hour activity. When I returned, the TV was set exactly as I wanted it. I appreciated the quick response.

Property has an excellent location with a fabulous view of the ocean and beachfront. Various kinds of pools can be enjoyed on the property itself along with a gym and a eatery. I also appreciated the luxurious toilet articles and linens provided. Attention to detail in anticipating guest needs was refreshing and made for a overall very positive, enjoyable and uplifting experience.

Team members are fantastic! We left all room keys in the room and got locked out pretty late in the evening. Front desk and security acted quickly and got us in our room within minutes.

This property was super clean and beautiful. We had multiple kids and the resort was perfect for adults and kids. Our children had an absolute blast. The room was very nicely cleaned and equipped with all daily necessities: TVs, extra sheets, extra beach towels, fully loaded kitchen, extra lawn chairs and even a pack n play. The room had a beautiful view! Scott was so nice and super responsive to all emails. We even stayed an extra day! Will definitely being going back to Ocean Walk and hopefully getting this room each time we visit.
